அடுத்த மரீனா - நெடுவாசல்!

அடுத்த மரீனா ,நெடுவாசல் என்றே சொல்ல வெண்டும். இளைஞர்கள் கூடுவதால் அடுத்த புரட்சி ஆரம்பம். நெடுவாசல் பெயர் மேல இருக்கும் அரசுக்கு தெரிந்ததே என்று தெரியவில்லை,தமிழ்நாடு இளைஞர்கள் மொபைலில் ஒலித்து கொண்டு இருகின்றது.

இளைஞர்கள் போராட்டம் ஜல்லிக்கட்டு போல் இதில் வெற்றி வாகை சூடுமா என்று காலம் தான் பதில் சொல்ல வேண்டும்.

மக்கள் ஒருமுறை விழித்தெழுந்துவிட்டால் அவர்களை மறுபடியும் யாராலும் தூங்க வைக்க முடியாது!  -பகத்சிங்
ஜல்லிக்கட்டு போராட்டம் இவர்களை எழுப்பி விட்டது என்றே சொல்வேன்டும்.இவர்களை துங்கா வைக்க சிறிது காலம் வெண்டும்.

போராட்டம் எதற்காக என்று முதலில் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம். அது மிகவும் முக்கியம்.பிறகு யாராவது கேள்வி கேட்டால் கூட பதில் சொல்ல முடியும். (குறிப்பு: எச்.ராஜாவுக்கு பதில் சொல்ல).போன ஜல்லிக்கட்டு போராட்டம் போதே T.Vயில் மாணவர்களுக்கு தெரியாமல் போராட்டம் என்றால் கூடி விடுவார்கள் என்பது போலும் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டது. அது சரி தான் நமக்கு நாட்டில் என்ன நடக்கிறது என்பது தெரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். அது ஏன்? எதற்கு? எப்படி? கேள்வியும் கேட்டு தெரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். அப்போது தான் ஒரு தெளிவு இருக்கும், போராட்டத்தை ஒரு புரட்சிகர போராட்டமாக மாற்ற முடியும். தெளிவு மிகவும் முக்கியம்.

முதலில் இது வேண்டுமா இல்லையா என்று தெரிந்து கோள்ள வேண்டும். தற்போது இருக்கும் நிலைமைக்கு அரசு எது செய்தலும் தப்பு என்பது போலவே என்று இருக்கிறது. அதற்கு தமிழ்நாடு அரசியல் சூழ்நிலையும் காரணம்.

Is Hydro Carbon Project is dangerous ? Should we protest against it ?
Before that let me try to explain it in common man terms with easy examples,
May look little complicated but stick with me..

What is Hydro Carbon ?
Well, This term may look little strange but it’s very common in our daily life.You know Petrol,Coal, Diesel, LPG ? That’s Hydro Carbons, and Methane too !
Infact we run our daily life through Hydro Carbons !
Is life possible without Petrol and Gas ? Honestly, NO !

Okay, But why Tamilnadu ? Why they chose Neduvaasal for this Hydro Carbon Project ? Is that a conspiracy against us ?
Before,I answer you any of this... You need to learn some basics. I'm using simple examples to make you understand in better way...
Take a bottle, fill up with some water and some oil then close it with its cap.
Now something beautiful happens.. Water settles down at the bottom,Oil at the center and balance area at the top is filled with gas (air) . Even if you try turn the bottle upside down this order wont change no matter what.
So why it happens ? Simple...Water which has more density than oil and gas will be pulled down by the gravity. Oil which is denser than gas will be above water and below the gas,will take a center stage and as usual gas will be at the top.
This is what exactly happens under the Earth too.

Now, You need to know one more thing...
There is always a open space in any material, Like consider you have a sponge (the one you use to rub the boards ) and you have lot of holes in that (gap). Once you dip that into water...
Water gets into those holes and once you squeeze it , Water comes out of it right ?
Well, This happens with Rocks too, For example.. Take two types of stones..Like Shale (Karungal) and Sand Stone (Manal Kal).
If you dip both stones in water, Sand Stone will absorb water but Shale (Karungal) wont, That’s because Sand Stone has gaps in it unlike Shale(Karungal).

Under the land, There are different types of rocks and rocks which has gaps in it will absorb/trap oil/gas in it. That’s called Reservoir Rock. Above these Reservoir Rocks there will be lot of sedimentary rocks like Shale (Karungal) or any other rock which doesn't have any gaps so it act as a seal for Reservoir Rocks, So Gas cant escape but sealed. Those rocks are known as Cap Rocks.(like Cap in that water bottle remember ? )
From these Reservoir Rocks, Wwe get Hydro Carbons by drilling. These rocks exist like a mile under the earth ...Morethan a mile may be ...

But then it’s under the Earth and how we can find these rocks ? I mean how can we sure about it ? How do we know these rocks exists in certain area ?

There comes the technology, Let me put an example which you know already ...
When someone is pregnant , Have you heard of something called Ultra Sound Scan ? Where they get to see images of baby inside the mother’s womb to know whether the baby is healthy and safe ? How does that work actually ?
We put a device on the woman’s stomach and that device gives high frequency sound waves inside her body, that goes into the skin layers, goes down and bounces back to the device’s receiver. Once the receiver gets the sound then it can image what underneath. That’s how we get to see the image of the baby inside the womb.

Well, We use similar technology to know what’s under the Earth and it’s called Seismic Reflection. They send high frequency waves and know type the oil/gas, kindof rock is under. It helps to image even 10-15 miles deep what inside the Earth. That’s a sheer beauty of technology, This is how we find Reservoir Rocks/Oil etc.

This is how Neduvaasal in TN was selected.

Now using all these, They know where to drill and what to drill. They send the most sophisticated driller under the Earth carefully and hit what is called Reservoir Rocks and suck the Gas (Methane) from it. I mean once you hit those gappy rocks , Gas comes through those driller pipes (using layman terms).

So, Is there any possibility that Gas leaks all over the place ? Not exactly...
See this happens miles under the Earth and only way the Gas could come out of the Earth is from the those protected drilling pipes. Gas cant escape other way since naturally it is sealed by Cap Rocks (remember ?).

So,This what gonna happen in Neduvasaal...It’s very important to understand fundamental science before even you go against it.

கூடங்குளம்அணுமின் திட்டம் போது மக்கள் இந்த அளவுக்கு இல்லை அப்போது அப்துல் காலம் இதற்கு குரல் கொடுத்தார். அவரை கடவுள் போல் இளைஞர்கள் பார்த்து அதை எதிர்க்கவில்லை.அது தேவைபட்டது போல் இதுவும் தேவை தான்.
இவர்களுக்கு போராட்டம் குணம் வந்து விட்டது வெற்றி பெற்று விட்டது அது அடுத்த வெற்றி கேட்டு கொண்ட இருக்கிறது. இது தோற்றுவிட்டல் அடங்கிவிடும் போல் தெரிகிறது.

இவர்கள் போராட்டம் எடுத்து விட்டு அதற்கு T.Vல பிரபலமான முகங்கள் பேச தேவை படுகிறது. ஏன்? இவர்களிடம் தெரிந்த கொள்வதற்கு படிப்பு அறிவுயும் இருக்கும் போது அவர்கள் ஏன்? என்று ,இது தான் இடிக்கிறது. இதை பலர் சாதகமாக பயன்படுத்தி கொள்கிறார்கள்.

இதை விட முக்கியம் அந்த மக்களின் அடுத்த நிலை பற்றி கேள்வி.

அரசாங்கம் மக்களுக்கும் இதை பற்றி தெளிவான விளக்கம் அளிக்க வெண்டும். அளித்த விளக்கம் எளிய மக்களிடம் சேர்க்க வழி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

இத்தகைய நிலையில் நாம் என்ன கேள்வி அரசாங்கத்திடம் கேட்க போகிறோம் என்பதே முக்கியம் நாம் அரசை எதிராக கூச்சல் பொட்டு ஒரு புண்ணியம் இல்லை.

இதை நிறுத்துவாதல் விவசாயிகளின் வாழ்வாதாரம் கூடவும் குறைவும்    போவதில்லை......
